This payment policy outlines our procedures and expectations regarding payment for our services. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

Payment is due upon receipt of services/invoice.

Late Payment Fees

We understand that circumstances may arise that cause delays in payment. However, to ensure the sustainability of our small business, late payment fees will be applied as follows:

  • A fee of $15 will be added to your original bill the following calendar day at 12am. 
  • $15 will be added each day thereafter until your bill is paid in full
  • We reserve the right to pursue collection efforts 

Changes to Payment Policy

As a growing cleaning service, we periodically review and update our policies. Please take note:

  • We reserve the right to modify this payment policy with 30 days written notice.
