Payment is due upon receipt of services/invoice.

Late Payment Fees

We understand that circumstances may arise that cause delays in payment. However, to ensure the sustainability of our small business, late payment fees will be applied as follows:

  • Friendly Reminder: After 24 hours of an unpaid bill, you will receive a friendly reminder.
  • Late Fee Application: After 48 hours, a $10 late payment fee will be applied.

Example: Payment due July 4th

  • July 5th: You will receive a friendly reminder.
  • July 6th: $10 late fee applied to your original bill.
  • July 7th: A total of $20 in late fees applied.
  • July 8th: A total of $30 in late fees applied.

Invoice and Payment Schedule

To keep things transparent and straightforward, please note the following regarding our invoicing and payment schedule:

  • Invoices will be sent upon completion of service.
  • Payment is expected upon completion of services. Late fees applied after 48 hours of missed payment.

Overdue Payments

We take prompt payment seriously to maintain our service quality. Please be aware of the following concerning overdue payments:

  • Overdue accounts will be subject to late fees and potential suspension of services.
  • We reserve the right to pursue collection efforts for unpaid balances.

Communication

Effective communication is key to a smooth client-service provider relationship. To that end:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate contact information.
  • We'll notify clients of upcoming payments and overdue accounts via text & or phone call.

Changes to Payment Policy

As a growing cleaning service, we periodically review and update our policies. Please take note:

  • We reserve the right to modify this payment policy with 30 days written notice.
